Exchange is subject only to goods with a manufacturing or factory defect within 14 days, which is established only after inspection by the seller.
The buyer agrees that the goods purchased by him are not subject to exchange or return if:
After purchase, the product was in use, the integrity of the packaging and / or completeness was violated,
The product was purchased with a discount,
If the buyer has an allergic reaction or individual intolerance.
If the purchased product is subject to return or exchange, the funds will be returned to the buyer in full or the product will be replaced within 3 working days from the moment the return request is processed.
