1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use by Users (Buyers) of the materials and services of the site https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua (hereinafter — Site, website, online store)
1.2. This agreement is in accordance with Art. 633, Art. 641 and ch. 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine is a public contract (offer) and is addressed to an indefinite number of persons regardless of status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) who wish to purchase goods in the online store https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua.
1.3. Since this Agreement is a public offer, by accessing the materials of the Site, the User (Buyer) is considered a party to this Agreement.
1.4. The Site Administration (the owner of https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua and/or persons authorized by him) has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The new or amended Agreement becomes valid after its posting on the Site. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he must refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.
1.5. The Buyer agrees to this public offer in general and without reservation when placing an Order on the Site.
1.6. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that all terms of the User Agreement are clear to him and he accepts them fully and unconditionally.
2. Registration on the Site
2.1. To form orders on the Site, the User (Buyer) can go through the registration procedure and enter the necessary data, according to the questionnaire.
2.2. During registration on the Site, the User (Buyer) undertakes to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details for the Site Administration to fulfill its obligations to the User (Buyer) and deliver the goods paid to him.
2.3. In the process of registration on the Site, the User (Buyer) specifies a login (his e-mail) and a password, the security of which he is responsible for. The user (Buyer) undertakes not to disclose the login and password specified during registration to third parties, to store this data in a place inaccessible to third parties. The Buyer is solely responsible for all actions performed on his behalf, i.e. using his login and password.
3. Privacy and personal data
3.1. The information provided by the User (Buyer) is confidential. The site administration uses information about the User (Buyer) for the purpose of fulfilling the Visitor’s (Buyer) Orders, unless other purposes are specified in this Agreement.
3.2. By filling out the registration form on the website https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua, the Visitor (Buyer) voluntarily consents to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Site Administration for the following purpose: the information provided by the Visitor (Buyer) during registration on the Site will be used for processing Orders for the purchase of Goods, receiving information about the order, sending by telecommunication means of communication (e-mail, mobile communication) advertising and special offers, information about promotions, raffles or any other information about the activities of the Website https:/ /AnygroupBeauty.com.ua, for other commercial purposes.
3.3. For the purposes provided for in this clause, the Administration has the right to send letters, messages and materials to the Visitor’s (Buyer’s) postal address and e-mail address, as well as send sms messages, make calls to the number specified in the application form, if necessary to fulfill the User’s order (buyer). The Administration has the right to record phone calls with the Visitor (Buyer) in order to improve the quality of the latter’s service, to which the Visitor (Buyer) gives his unconditional consent.
3.4. The visitor (Buyer) consents to the use of cookie technology by the Administration. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read the information of the Visitor’s (Buyer’s) hard drive. Cookies are used to improve the quality of the services provided, in particular, to quickly identify the Visitor (Buyer), save the settings of the Visitor (Buyer), his personal preferences, track the state of the Visitor’s (Buyer) access session and trends characteristic of him. The administration also uses cookies for advertising purposes, in particular to manage advertisements on websites on the Internet. After disabling the cookie technology by the Visitor (Buyer), the Administration does not guarantee the full functionality of the website https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua or some of its services.
3.4. The buyer gives the Administration the right to process his personal data, in particular, to place personal data in the Administration’s databases (without additional notification about this), to carry out lifelong data storage, their accumulation, update, change (if necessary). The Administration undertakes to ensure the protection of data from unauthorized access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to any third party (except for the transfer of data to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorized by the Administration to carry out direct data processing for the specified purposes, and also at the mandatory request of the competent state body).
3.5. In case of unwillingness to receive newsletters about promotions, new products, etc., the Visitor (Buyer) has the right to refuse it by sending a letter to the Administration and / or indicating the appropriate mark in the personal account.
3.6. The Administration is not responsible for the content and authenticity of the information provided by the Visitor (Buyer) during registration on the website https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua and placing the Order. The Visitor (Buyer) is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration on the website and placing the Order, agrees to bear all the risks associated with the inaccuracy of such information.
4. Order processing, pricing, exchange.
4.1. The Visitor (Buyer) can place an order on his own by pressing the button “buy” and “place an order” or by calling the number indicated at the top of the page. After placing the order, the buyer will be sent a message about the confirmation of the order to the contacts specified during the order placement and about the availability of the product or about the estimated date of arrival of the product in case of its absence. When placing an order by phone, the notification will be made using a telephone connection.
4.3. In the event that the product specified on the Site is unavailable due to technical difficulties, as well as for other reasons beyond the control of the Administration, the specified order is canceled in whole or in part, and the Visitor (Buyer) is informed by sending him a message.
4.4. By joining this Agreement and placing an order, the User (Buyer) confirms that he is familiar with the “Delivery and payment” and “About the store” sections of the Site, agrees with them and fully understands them. The administration reserves the right to change the delivery date of the order with a corresponding warning to the user.
4.5. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that the price of the product placed in the “basket”, its assortment and quantity will be relevant only at the time of formation of the “basket” and may change if the purchase has not been finalized by pressing the “place order” button “, “buy”.
4.6. The Visitor (Buyer) agrees that the Goods purchased by him are not subject to exchange and return in the following cases:
4.6.1. More than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase of the Product;
4.6.2. 14 calendar days have not passed since the purchase of the Product, but the product was in use, the integrity of the packaging and/or completeness was violated, there were no tags/price tags, etc.
– The product belongs to the list of products that are not subject to return and exchange, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 (as amended) http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172- 94 -% D0% BF, namely:

4.6.3. The visitor (Buyer) refuses to provide photo or video materials of defective and/or defective, in his opinion, goods.
4.6.4. The Visitor (Purchaser) confirms his knowledge that promotional codes or certificates cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent, can be used once and in case of application, the difference between the value of the certificate and the amount of the order will not be compensated.
4.6.5. The Visitor (Purchaser) confirms his knowledge that when returning the product, which was partially or fully paid for using the certificate code, the monetary equivalent of the certificate’s face value is not returned, the certificate code is automatically restored and is considered unused.
4.7. With this Agreement, the User (Buyer) confirms his awareness that only new goods that have not been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, must be preserved: a complete set of goods, integrity and all components of the package, are subject to exchange or return. labels, factory marking, and the Visitor (Buyer) has the original document confirming the purchase of the corresponding Product. Violation of any of these clauses leaves the Administration with the right to deny the Visitor (Buyer) the exchange or return of the goods.
4.8. When ordering a product on the website, the User (Buyer) confirms his consent to receive information about the production date, product storage terms in the format provided by the manufacturer brand, in particular with the help of the Batch code applied to the product packaging or other manufacturer’s markings.
4.9. When ordering goods on the website, the User (Buyer) confirms his consent to combining orders placed for one recipient in one package and receiving them in one package. In the case of combining orders, the User (Buyer) will be notified by means of a message to the e-mail specified during registration.
4.10 The site administration informs and the User (Buyer) gives his consent that when ordering goods under the Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, Valentino, Biotherm, Armani, Vichy, La Roche-Posay, Kerastase brands, he has the right make a purchase of no more than 5 units of goods with the same code in one order.
4.11 If the Visitor (Buyer) refuses the goods, the Administration will return to him the amount paid by the Buyer, with the exception of the Seller’s costs for the delivery of the returned goods from the Buyer.
5. Limitation of the Administration’s responsibility
5.1. The administration does not bear any responsibility for any errors, typographical errors and inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this website. The administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information on the website of the online store. All information and materials are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
5.2. The Administration bears no responsibility for the statements and opinions of the Visitors (Buyer) of the website, left as comments or reviews.
5.3. The Administration is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the Visitor (Buyer) against third parties or actions of third parties against the Visitor / Buyer.
5.4. The administration is not responsible for damage, losses or costs (actual or possible) arising in connection with this website, its use or inability to use it.
5.5. The Administration is not responsible for the User’s (Buyer) loss of access to their account — the account on the website https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua (loss of login, password, other information).
5.6. For the purpose of the above, the Administration reserves the right to delete information posted on the Site and to take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Internet store of users (Buyers) that create problems in the use of the Internet store by other Visitors (Buyers), Users (Buyers) in in the case of any dishonest abuses on their part when ordering the goods, which are not intended to be purchased, or Visitors (Buyers) who violate the requirements of the Agreement. At the same time, such blocking occurs at the discretion of the administration without further notification of such Users (Buyers)
5.7. The website administration is not responsible for:
5.7.1. Delays or failures in the process of carrying out the operation, which occurred as a result of force majeure, as well as any case of trouble in telecommunication, computer, electrical and other related systems.
5.7.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays related to their work.
5.7.3. Proper functioning of the Site, if the Visitor (Buyer) does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and also bears no obligation to provide users with such means.
6. Exclusive rights
6.1. All objects available through the services of the website https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects (further — content of services), as well as any content posted on the website https://AnygroupBeauty.com.ua, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration, users and other rights holders.
6.2. The use of content, as well as any other elements of services, is possible only within the framework of the functionality offered by this or that service.
